The Edward T. Hall Aquatic Center offers lap swim, therapy pool use (ages 18+ years), leisure pool use, and fitness room use (ages 18+ years). No reservations are required.

Drop-In Classes

Adult: $12.00
Senior: $9.00

Drop-Ins will be accepted to classes on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a class reaches its maximum capacity, no more Drop-In participants will be accepted to that class for that day.

Drop-Ins will not be permitted to classes that have met their maximum capacity, or classes that have been cancelled due to low enrollment. Interested participants are advised to call the Hall Aquatic Center to inquire about class availability.

Drop-ins are not available for purchase online, they must be purchased in person at the front desk. As with any fitness class, pricing covers pool admission for participant’s class time only.

Lifejackets
All visitors renting lifejackets will be required to exchange a valid identification card (driver's license, ID card, etc.) for the duration of their rental. This helps us track rentals better and maintain our equipment so that everyone can stay safe in the water.

Overview

The Edward T. Hall Aquatic Center serves Calvert County with aquatic programs for people of all ages and abilities. The facility and pools are compliant with ADA regulations and are completely accessible. Please contact facility for specific accommodations and assistance.

The facility was named for Edward T. Hall, a Calvert County native who served in the Maryland Senate from 1958 until his death in 1978. He was also a co-founder of the Calvert Independent newspaper in 1940.

Pools will be cleared of all youths seventeen years of age and under for fifteen minutes prior to each hour for a rest period. The "Rest Period" rule will be whistled/enforced every Saturday and Sunday, throughout the year, on the following schedule: (Rest periods may be called outside of this schedule as deemed necessary by pool staff.)
