Joint Public Hearing to consider Proposed Amendments to the Lusby Town Center Zoning Map

Rezoning Case No. 17-01 - The Calvert County Department of Economic Development has requested a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone property which has been deeded from the Calvert County Board of Education to the Calvert County Board of County Commissioners. This change would result in rezoning of 5.1 +_ acres from the Institutional District to the Neighborhood Commercial District. The subject property is identified as 35 Appeal Lane, Lusby, Maryland (Tax Map 42, P/O Parcel 370). The description of cases provided in this legal notice is intended to give a fair summary of the changes to be considered at the public hearing. Because the changes are comprehensive and numerous, it is not practical to list them all in this notice.
