The committee makes recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding approval of exterior design features of public and private buildings, including building scale and the relationship between proposed buildings and existing buildings and green spaces, structures, and signs on the basis of the Town Center (TC) Architectural standards and criteria; promotes awareness of good design within the community; and reviews master plans and make recommendations.
