Cove Point Park pool is open 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Access is limited to Calvert County residents only and pool time will be limited to one hour. To prevent lines and wait times, swimmers must reserve a swim time through the WebTrac online registration system at https://webtrac.co.cal.md.us/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html. Walk-ins will not be admitted. If having trouble with online reservation system, please call the Cove Point Pool at (410) 394-6248 and a staff member can assist you.
Registration is open for swim lessons for Calvert County residents ONLY at the Cove Point Pool. Multiple sessions will be offered for Little Swimmers, Fundamentals and Stroke Development. Each Session will be one week long and will meet daily Monday thru Friday. Children registered for Little Swimmers and/or Fundamentals must have an adult, 18 years or older in the water with them at all times. Only class participants and the accompanying adult will be allowed in the facility. Stroke Development class participants do not require an accompanying adult and only the class participants will be allowed in the facility. Registration is now open and only available online at https://webtrac.co.cal.md.us/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/splash.html.
Swimmers must maintain adequate physical distancing at all times and must wear a mask when not in the water.
This Calvert County Parks & Recreation seasonal outdoor facility is located in the beautiful Cove Point Park. It includes a partially shaded children's waded pool, a leisure pool with various water slides and water features, lap pool with diving boards, shower rooms, sun bathing and shade areas, and a full-service concession stand. Cove Point Park Pool is home to the Cove Point Crocs summer swim team.
Users are allowed to bring one 10' x 10' pop-up tent per family. Must be put up along the fence line, room permitting

Pools close 15 minutes prior to facility closing. Operation dates and times are subject to change. Some areas of the pool may be closed for programs.
**Children 12 years old and younger require supervision by a responsible person 18 years old or older. Children 5 and under require pool supervision by a responsible person 18 years old or older.
Daily Admission: All patrons entering the facility must pay the daily admission rate regardless of if they are swimming unless they are accompanying a participant of a Parks & Recreation activity.
Household: Includes those who permanently reside at a residence or house, up to 5 people. Households do not include home daycares, babysitters, or any other places, businesses, or group of people.
Summer Pass: Valid from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Monday. Pass is prorated at time of purchase.
Punch Pass: Valid for 10 admissions at Cove Point Park Pool. Is valid for current season only.
The full-service concession stand offers a variety of menu choices including pizza, hot dogs, nachos, and more. Drinks, candy and an assortment of Good Humor® ice cream are also available.

Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. are designated times for group swim. During these hours the pool is open for general admission, pass/coupon holders and groups with 20-200 persons. Regular rates apply.
For their safety, groups of 20 or more will not be permitted without a reservation. Children 5 and younger require in pool supervision by a responsible person at least 18 years of age. For children 5 and under, there must be one chaperone, in the water, for every 5 children. For children 6 and over, there must be one chaperone, in the water, for every 7 children.
