Some Important Questions to Ask
Will Customers Come to your Business? Let the Environmental Health Division know the type of operation and an estimate of the total number of patrons served per day.
What about Food or Drink? If you propose to serve or prepare food or drink, let the Environmental Health Division know what equipment you will use, if the source of water has been tested, and how the food will be prepared. If food is being prepared, is there an existing grease trap?
