This indoor center features three accessible heated pools, accessible hot tub, fitness room, outdoor sunning space and a therapy pool. The competition pool with diving area is 50 meters long by 25 yards wide with depths of 4 feet to 12.5 feet with ramp entry. Diving area has 3-meter, 1-meter and half-meter diving boards. Leisure pool has play features including three waterslides. The facility has a conference room and party room available to rent. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Reservations are required for groups of 20 or more.

Nearly 70 archaeological sites on the property reflect more than 8,000 years of human occupation. Included are a visitor center, exhibit barn, gift shop, hiking trails, a re-created Indian Village and canoe/kayak launch. Also on the grounds is the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory. The facility’s Meeting Room/Classroom is designed to host meetings and educational programs. The MAC Lab Meeting Room is approximately 600 square feet in size and has a maximum capacity of approximately 40 persons in a class like setting around 8 tables with chairs, and a maximum capacity of approximately 60 persons in a theatre-style setting with no tables. The Meeting Room is equipped with a drop-down movie screen at one end, and a sound system, and is available for use by outside non-profit groups on a limited basis (Not available on weekends). The windows overlook the beautiful Patuxent River, and doors open out to a brick patio area.
